A) A) Your waist-to-hip proportion

B) Your waist-to-height ratio
Your waist measurement has been divided (in centimetres) by your height (in centimetres). To stay healthy it is recommended that you should keep your waist circumference at less than half of your height, or a ratio that is not greater than 0.5 is the best choice.
